Who we are
Why Agency is a marketing agency and part of WhyCompany. This notice explains what happens to the details you send us through this website.
What we collect
When you use the contact form we receive what you type into it:
- your name and email address,
- your company, if you give it,
- the service you are interested in, and
- your message.
To limit spam and abuse we also keep a scrambled (hashed) form of your network address. We cannot turn it back into your address; we only use it to notice when one address sends many messages.
Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry and to keep the form from being abused. We do not use your details for advertising, and we do not sell them.
Who sees it
Our administrators receive your message by email and can read it in our systems. We use Cloudflare to host this website, store enquiries, and deliver email, so Cloudflare processes this data on our behalf. Cloudflare may also log technical details of requests, such as network addresses, to run and secure its service.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics or advertising trackers. Its fonts are served from this site, not from a third party.
How long we keep it
We keep your enquiry for as long as we need it to reply and follow up, and we delete it when you ask us to.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Use the contact form, put "Privacy request" in your message, and use the same email address you wrote to us from.
Changes
If this notice changes, we will update the date above.
